AcornCheckIn

If people walk through your door, this is for you

Acorn does one thing: it tells you when someone shows up. That job looks a little different in a barbershop than it does in a vet clinic, so here is how it plays out in each.

What is the same in every one of them

A visitor points a phone camera at the QR code on your door and types their name. That is the whole visitor side: no app to download, no account, no keypad by the counter, no staff member interrupted to take a name.

Your team opens one shared link and sees the list, with a clock running next to each name. Tapping a name marks that person helped. Nobody signs in, so nobody gets locked out mid-shift and there are no seats to buy when you hire.

Visitor names are deleted 30 days after the visit, automatically. What changes between a barbershop and a vet clinic is the wording on the page and what your team does with the list, which is what the pages above cover.

Not on the list?

It still works. Nothing about Acorn is specific to an industry. Scan it. Done.
