Acorn Check In is operated by Middlefield General Services LLC. By using it you agree to these terms.

The service

We provide a visitor check-in tool: a public check-in page, a staff list page, a printable QR code, and optional SMS notifications. The free tier includes a capped monthly SMS allotment; the live list itself is not capped.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for what your visitors are told about check-in data at your business, for keeping your staff list link private, and for having the right to text any phone numbers you add.

Fair use

Don't use the service to harass, spam, or collect data you're not entitled to. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform or degrade it for others.

Warranty

The service is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it fast and available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted operation and we're not liable for missed check-ins or notifications.
